Bulgaria will be visited by over 20 mln. tourists a year, according the World Tourist Organization after 2010. The demand of holiday centers, offering full range of facilities will be enormous, especially in resorts as Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. The main reason for attracting foreign tourists is the built infrastructure and the proximity of the sea resorts to Burgas Airport.

The investment interest towards Bulgaria will grow as many companies have long-term investment plans, connected not only with construction but with other services relevant to this business as management of real estate properties, tour operator services, restaurant management, etc. This is good as a whole for the property market as it brings a long-term development.
